This was the Christmas 2002 cover for The Limbaugh Letter. The saying on the framed needlework hanging over the mantle is the issues title and was a play on the famous Democratic slogan of the early nineties. “It’s the economy, stupid.” Rush is painted with his Abyssinian cat.
