The April 2002 cover of The Limbaugh Letter was titled, “Democrats Out Of Steam.” It shows Rush heading off to the golf course. He’s passing Tom and Dick in their broken down Model T, a metaphor for their antiquated Liberal ideas. Halle Berry’s tearful Academy Award acceptance speech and all the press surrounding it is included.
